A richly decorated coffee jug, made in the most elegant Louis XVI style entirely of silver of the highest quality 950 in the Parisian goldsmith's workshop of Edmond Tetard, operating in the years 1880-1903. Thick-walled silver, heavy, decorated with motifs typical of the classicist style, motifs of flower garlands, ribbons and bows. On both sides of the belly, an empty cartouche is perfect for an engraved monogram or dedication. A practical handle with bone heat insulators, under which the full-plastic head of the divine Bahus is mounted. Height 22.5 cm, width 24.5, weight 941 grams. Hallmarks visible in two places, on the bottom goldsmith's workshop mark inscribed in the monogram (ED.T). Perfect condition, with no signs of use.
