Helen Marten is an English sculptor, installation and video artist. She studied at the Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art at Oxford University. In her art she often uses found objects, such as coins or shoelaces. She explores themes of matter, language, and meaning. Her works were presented at the 56th Venice Biennale and the 20th Sydney Biennale. Marten currently lives in London.
