Description
A dinner service for 8 people from the German Rosenthal porcelain manufactory. The signature on the bottom of the vessels was used around 1910. The porcelain in a shade of white is decorated with a delicate, over-glaze painting in the form of rose flowers. Gilded vessel wounds. The vases and the sauceboat are placed on profiled feet, they come from the Josephine model. Good condition, slight abrasions of gilding. The service includes: 8 flat plates, dia. 25.5 cm, 8 deep plates (diam. 25 cm), 8 side plates, diam. 21.5 cm, large vase (height 31.5 cm, diameter 36.5 cm), 2 smaller vases (height 25 cm, diameter 31 cm), sauce boat (height 12 cm, dimensions 25.5 x 15.5 cm), a large oval platter (51 x 37 cm), a smaller oval platter (42.5 x 31.5 cm), 2 medium-sized dishes (36.5 x 26.5 cm) , a smaller oval plate (dimensions 32 x 23 cm), a small oval plate (dimensions 27.5 x 19.5 cm), 2 large square bowls (dimensions 31 x 31 cm), a small square bowl (dimensions 26, 5 x 26.5 cm), 2 curvilinear dishes (25.5 x 13.5 cm). Additionally, we add: 7 dessert plates, 1 flat plate and 1 starter plate (not included in the quote).
