Czesław Wasilewski was a Polish painter, who probably studied at the Warsaw School of Fine Arts under Wojciech Kossak. In his copositions he usually took up the subjects of hunting, sledges, sleigh rides, animals in the forest and depicted battle scenes. He participated in many exhibitions: in Lublin, Katowice, Częstochowa, Gdynia and Poznań. Since 1930 he signed his works under the name "Zygmuntowicz". His works are in the National Museum in Warsaw, in Lancut, Lodz, Leszno and the Royal Łazienki.
