Alicja Dydyna (b.2001 Międzyrzecz) | 5001

Alicja Dydyna grew up in Lubrza, a village in the vicinity of Świebodzin, where she completed primary school and secondary school. During this period, she received artistic training under the guidance of painter Wioletta Jocz at the Świebodzin Cultural Centre. She attended a class with a biology and chemistry profile at the I Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Zielona Góra. She was then awarded the title of finalist in the art history section of the art Olympiad. After completing her baccalaureate exam, she was accepted to study medicine in Wrocław, which she is currently continuing and often draws inspiration from. She creates using various techniques: dry pastels, oil paints and digital method. She is fascinated by the unconscious and unknowable, the cores of dreams, symbols, poetry, the paths of free thought, and the connections between body and mind.
