Julia Nowacka is a painter and interior designer. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw with a degree in Interior Design, specialising in Exhibition Design, and from the Faculty of Media Art in the Painting Space studio under Prof. Leon Tarasewicz. She lives and works in Warsaw, where she runs her own interior design studio, Sceneria. On a daily basis, her artistic activity - painting and drawing - intermingles with her design work. It often takes the form of rebellion and is a counterpoint to the coherent and functional visual concepts of the developed spaces.
