Marcin Maciejowski is a Polish painter and illustrator, co-founder of the Ładnie group. He studied at the Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology, later moving on to the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. Currently the artist lives in Krakow. His paintings are characterized by a simple form, schematic figurativeness and themes pertaining to everyday life, homeliness and Polishness. Maciejowski's works have been presented in numerous galleries and museums in Poland and abroad.
