Stanislaw Eleszkiewicz was a Polish painter and stained glass artist who worked in France. He studied at the School of Fine Arts in Athens. His ouvre includes portraits, genre scenes and symbolic compositions. He sometimes depicted poor, marginalised people. Interestingly, he used a strong black outline in his paintings (probably he took this mannerism from the art of stained glass). He worked in the stained glass workshop of Jean Gaudin. His compositions are close to expressive art.
