Wiktor Korecki, born in 1890 in Kamieniec Podolski, was a Polish landscape painter. He attended high school in Kyiv and later studied at the Drawing School of Mykola Muraszka. In 1921, he settled in Warsaw, where he established his own studio.

Unfortunately, all of his artistic work was lost in the flames during the Warsaw Uprising in 1944. After the war, in 1946, following his return from forced labor, he returned to painting, focusing on creating atmospheric landscapes that emanated tranquility.

Wiktor Korecki participated in exhibitions organized by the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts in Warsaw during the interwar period. After the war, he lived first in Komorów and later in Milanówek.

The artist was particularly known for his winter landscapes, and his works can be found in Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian art collections. Wiktor Korecki passed away in 1980 in Milanówek.
