"Madonna and Child"- glass by René Lalique made in the 1950s/60s. The beautiful, timeless subject was depicted by the artist as a relief form cast in glass, looking like an ice sculpture made from a single piece of frozen block. Clear glass, frosted in places. The company's workshop mark is visible on one of the sides. Height 33.5 cm. The sculpture makes an incredible impression after appropriate daylight or artificial lighting.
