A magnificent goblet, the chalice made in the Parisian goldsmith's workshop of Emile Puiforcat (in business since 1857) in the second half of the 19th century from silver of the highest quality, 950. The base is triple arched and surrounded by pearlwork, the bowl supported by three full-length hunting rifles held together by a wreath of laurel leaves. The body of the chalice smooth, ideal for an engraved dedication. Both on the base and on the rim of the shuttle the hallmark for Parisian silver from the second half of the 19th century and the goldsmith's workshop mark in the form of a rhombus-inscribed monogram E.P with the symbol of a pocket knife. Height 17.5 cm, collar diameter 11 cm, weight 337 grams.
