Tomasz Klimaszewski was one of the most eminent Polish goldsmiths of the first quarter of the 19th century, the father of the goldsmith Klimaszewski Kazimierz. Active from the beginning of the 19th century until about 1832. T. Klimaszewski's products are characterized by excellent technical execution and an exceptionally noble and studied form. In most cases they had features of late classicism and empire.
