A magnificent medallion made entirely by hand in 750 gold with a relief image of a praying girl surrounded by a radiant halo. The frame is openwork, arched upwards with irregular lines, decorated on the rim with dark blue enamel. The hinged back envelope hides a place for a monogram or dedication (the monogram visible inside with the date 1913 can be easily removed, the envelope on both sides without engravings). The medallion is quite large and heavy; diameter 27 mm (without the eyelet), weight 9.75 grams. On the ear the French test marks and the goldsmith's workshop mark are visible.
