A beautiful sugar bowl made in the style of Ludwik Philip in the best goldsmith's workshop of Warsaw at that time - the workshop of Karol Filip Malcz in 1866, from sterling silver. The sugar-cask has walls concave at the bottom and strongly bulging in the middle part of the body. The inside is original, richly gilded. The sugar bowl has the original working lock and the original working key! At the bottom there is the goldsmith's workshop mark - in italics, the name Malcz with the goldsmith's workshop mark in the form of an anchor, and the Warsaw hallmark for silver of the quality 84 with the date 1866. The sugar bowl is very large with the following dimensions: height 11 cm, width 16 cm, depth 13 cm, weight 583 grams. Very good condition, natural patina of time preserved, lid closes tightly.
