A new exhibition featuring the works of Marco Angelini shows the body of work that was created in Rome, Warsaw and New York. Angelini explored matter and its impact on everyday life. Since the beginning of February, art lovers have had the opportunity to view the exhibition "Unusual Ordinariness", curated by Raffaelli Salato.
Angelini sees matter as the interaction of canvas and paint (and elements of everyday life, typical of the artist). According to him, it is the key to understanding the everyday. By showing matter, the artist shows us his reality. He shows it from the point of view of a man from a big city who is constantly fighting for something. The artist's story is a struggle against uniformity and generality. While maintaining a personal sensibility, he narrates every day with abstract concepts that make the viewer question his reality and notice something more than the obvious.
The exhibition presents an exploration of the relationship between matter and disruptive elements - time, space, and man. Angelini revisits the subject, richer in experience from Warsaw and Washington. See the exhibition at Banca Fideuram in Rome from 2 February to 31 March 2017.
