Agnieszka Kot is a Polish contemporary artist and photographer. She creates works in noble, alternative and digital techniques. She is the winner of the Biennale for Young Artists ''What about Values?" in the category of Photography (2019, 2021), the Praxis Gallery Director's Award (2022), as well as the FIAP distinction at the Salon ''Still Life in Photography (2021). A graduate of two Art Institutes: in Opole and in Raciborz cities. In her work, conceptual, hyperrealist, feminist, nature and fantasy tendencies intermingle. Balancing on their border, she builds a world in which the bizarre collides with the macabre, drips with anxiety or emanates a deep sense of melancholy. In the end, the works express the personal entanglements and complexities of human beings.
