Beata Bugaj-Tomaszewska graduated from the Faculty of Visual Education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, graduating with honours (in the Workshop Graphics studio of Prof. Tomasz Chojnacki and the Painting and Drawing studio of Prof. Romana Hałat). She obtained her Doctor of Fine Arts degree in 2019 from the Faculty of Graphic Arts and Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. She works in painting and art therapy.
