Cezary Walczak, born on 1963, is a contemporary artist specializing in painting, drawing, and sculpture. A graduate of the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, where he received his diploma with distinction in 1995, he has gained recognition for his expressive, multidimensional works that skillfully blend various techniques and styles.

Throughout his career, Walczak has participated in prestigious exhibitions and competitions. At the International Pastel Biennale in Nowy Sącz in 2002, he received an honorary mention, and in 2004 and 2010 he was a finalist at the same event. In 2001, he reached the finals of the National Painting Competition “Bielska Jesień,” one of Poland's most esteemed painting contests.

In 2020, Walczak was awarded a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for his series “Cities,” which reflects his personal vision of contemporary Polish painting. Walczak’s works embody his fascination with the dynamic energy of urban life and the vibrant, contrasting structure of modern urban spaces.
