Hubert Bujak is a Polish painter, in the years 2005-2010 he studied at the Faculty of Painting and Sculpture of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. In his strictly figurative works, the artist uses simple forms, symbols, archetypes and motifs related to culture. His works are the result of many years of searching for his own style within the framework of classical disciplines and show strong links with expressionism and surrealism. He has had many solo exhibitions, his works have been shown at exhibitions in Poland and abroad. He lives and works in Wrocław.

"What interests me most in a work of art is its potential to give people respite. Art should make life easier, but this does not mean that its forms should be light, pleasant and peaceful".
