Jacek Yerka is a Polish illustrator, painter, and poster artist. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. The subject matters of his works include whimsical, surrealistic landscapes, queer beasts and miraculous architecture. He claims to be inspired by his childhood memories, dreams, and trips at Polish provinces. In 1995 awarded World Fantasy Award for Best Artist.
