Jarosław Kukowski is a Polish contemporary painter from the Surrealist circle, creator of art installations, juror of art competitions. The early period of his works is characterized by symbolism and drama. In the next cycle Kukowski paints more nudes, although even in them one can notice destruction and the passing of time. The third period of his work is a provocative, ironic reference to the first cycle. The artist collaborated with avant-garde artists and musicians. Jarosław Kukowski's works have been presented at many exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
