Julia Tycner graduated with a degree in Architecture from Poznan University of Technology. Passionate about photography and painting, her paintings are a fusion of these two directions. Her love of contrasts is evident in her paintings: a structured composition and calm shades of beige and brown are contrasted with accents in energetic colours, and sometimes figurative elements also appear. She finds inspiration everywhere and sees new frames everywhere, which she then transfers to sketches and, at a later stage, to canvases.
The aim of her work is to bring harmony and a sense of aesthetics to the interiors of her viewers, and to find a second meaning in these seemingly simple compositions.
