Katarzyna Budka Polish multidisciplinary artist. She works in drawing and printmaking. Currently lives and works in Warsaw. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice at the department of graphic design. In 2007, she received a diploma with honours and the first prize for the best diploma work of her alma mater. Her works have taken part in numerous competitions and exhibitions in Poland (Warsaw, Katowice, Łodź, Rybnik, Nowy Targ) and abroad, including Sao Paulo (Brazil), Santander ( Spain), Taichung (Taiwan), Vienna (Austria), Lahti (Finland), Dusseldorf ( Germany), Kochi and Tokushima (Japan), Taheran (Iran), Minsk (Belarus). In 2015, her drawings were nominated for the ‘Walter Koschatzky Art-Award’ and exhibited at the Hofstallungen Museumsquartier in Vienna. In 2023, she was awarded the 2nd Women United ART PRIZE in the digital art category.
