Małgorzata Skoczylas is a Wrocław-based visual artist, photographer, designer, and member of the ZPAF. She graduated from the Faculty of Glass and Ceramics Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, where she defended her diploma in 1994. The artist is also a lecturer in the Composition of the Photographic Image at the IFF KWADRAT in Wrocław, where she completed her training in 2008-2010.
Skoczylas has participated in many group exhibitions of artistic ceramics, her works are held in institutional and private collections. The artist's sculpture 'Birds' is in the collection of the National Museum in Wrocław.
A new chapter in the artistic life of Małgorzata Skoczylas was photography, which the artist has been pursuing since 2008. As a photographer, Skoczylas can boast many awards and distinctions in prestigious international competitions, such as the American International Photography Awards. Her work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in Poland and abroad, including at the SeeMe gallery in New York (2014).
