Marta Kovalska is a Ukrainian artist based in Gdansk, Poland. She studied conservation in Lviv and later sculpture in Gdansk and Milan. During her Erasmus+ internship in 2019 in the Netherlands, she had the opportunity to work with ceramics for the first time and since then it has been the main medium of her work. In 2023, she presented her vases at the 1000 vases exhibition during design week in Paris.
The artist believes that art should not only exist in museum spaces, but also be part of our everyday lives. Based on this premise, she creates unique, functional sculptural forms that perfectly complement any interior.
