Natalia Jura graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków with a degree in graphic design. Since then, she has been professionally involved in illustration. She creates oneiric, crowded, popsurrealist drawings surrounded by clear contours. Each is a separate, sometimes multithreaded story full of hidden symbols. She loves to place female figures at the centre of her works. She draws inspiration from 19th century illustrations, European comics, internet images, fairy tales, folklore and nature.
