Roksana Chudon is a Polish painter specialising in modern, neon cityscapes. In June 2024, she graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and thus became an MA painter. During her student days, she studied under Prof. Stanisław Baj and Prof. Barbara Łuczkowiak. She is also a second-year student of marketing at the Faculty of Management of the University of Łódź. In her works, she tries to convey a disturbing interpretation of the future through an urban landscape devoid of a human shell. In the painter's eyes, social media create a ‘brave new world’, which humanity prefers when confronted with the real one. She expresses this concept with an empty but seemingly warm cityscape, where the colours are as if borrowed from a smartphone screen and human traces can only be seen on a now useless road sign.
