Stanisław Żukowski was a Polish landscape painter. He studied at the Moscow School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture under Sergey Korovin and Abram Archipov, among others. After 1923, he settled permanently in Warsaw, where he exhibited his works in the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts. In 1912, he was awarded a gold medal at the international exhibition in Munich. Żukowski's works can be found in many important collections: in Moscow, Petersburg and Minsk as well as in private collections. During the Russian period Żukowski's paintings were signed by him in Cyrillic letters.
