Tadeusz Piotr Potworowski is a Polish painter, stage designer, and pedagogue. He began his studies at the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw Technical University, but was forced to interrupt them due to mobilization for the army. Later he studied painting in the atelier of Józef Pankiewicz. He was associated with the "Paris Committee," with whose members he emigrated to Paris in 1924. His works are characterized by the presence of geometric elements, interesting composition, and balanced color palette. They also have traces of matter painting and informel.
