Tymon Niesiołowski was a Polish painter, graphic artist and teacher. He received higher artistic education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, he studied under the supervision of, among others Józef Mehoffer, Stanisław Wyspiański and Teodor Axentowicz. He was a member of the Association of Polish Artists "Rytm", which was established in the interwar period in Warsaw. Ugropowanie artists referred to the art of Podhale in their work, they were associated with the milieu of Piłsudski. After World War II, he was a professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
