A wonderful collectible salt shaker with spoon made between 1898-1908 in the Moscow goldsmith's workshop Николай Эверев / Nikolaj Zwerev. Sterling silver, decorated with wonderful cellular enamel with unusual colours in floral motifs. The enamel is in very good condition, the interior is originally gilded. Intentionally left natural patina of time. Height 30 mm, diameter 60 mm, total weight 56 grams. On the underside of the salt cellar and on the side of the spoon one can see Moscow hallmarks for silver sample 84 used in 1898-1908 and a workshop mark of master goldsmith in a form of monogram НЭ - Николай Эверев/Nikolaj Zwerew who worked in 1898-1914. It is extremely rare to find on the antiquarian market a salt cellar complete with original spoon.
