A beautiful, large jewelery box made at the beginning of the 20th century in Russia. Casket polished English soot, interior deep red. The upper part of the casket is decorated with hand-painted, based on the work of the outstanding Russian painter Konstantin Makowski, entitled "Children fleeing the storm". The casket is quite large, visible; height: 9 cm, width: 21.5 x 12.5 cm. Very good condition, visible micro scratches, normal signs of use.
