A coffee set made entirely in gilded sterling silver in one of the most distinguished German goldsmiths' workshops - Lazarus Posen, Frankfurt. An original design with irregularly curved rims, handles in a form of twigs tied with a string. The set comprises a sugar bowl 6 cm high, a milkman 6,5 cm high, sugar tongs and 12 spoons 11 cm long. Total weight 256 grams. The case measures 34 x 25 cm. On the underside the hallmark for 800 hallmark silver, the goldsmith's workshop mark in the form of the full name POSEN.
