Erste Bayreuther Porzellanfabrik Walküre Siegmund Paul Meyer G.m.b.H. is the successor of the renowned Porzellanfabrik Siegmund Paul Meyer. The company’s transformation in 1926 was made possible by the favorable economic conditions of the 1920s, which supported the growth of the porcelain industry. Unfortunately, the economic crisis of the 1930s brought difficulties, and the real challenges began with World War II. During the war, the factory had to reduce production, and in 1945, it was completely halted for a year due to a shortage of materials.
However, in the 1950s, the company managed to rebuild. With new orders and the modernization of the production line, the company was able to return to the market, starting to produce porcelain tableware for hotels. Today, the factory continues its operations, supplying porcelain of the highest quality while maintaining the tradition and prestige it has earned over the years.
