Eliza Piechnik studied drawing and painting in a private studio. She graduated from the Technical University of Koszalin and completed postgraduate studies in fine arts. The artist has worked as a teacher of fine arts and art classes. She currently organises workshops for children and adults and cooperates with cultural institutions. This year, she also participated in the creation of a mural at the Institute of Literature in Gdańsk on Długa Street. Piechnik also co-organised a performance promoting art and culture. The event took place during the Night of Museums in Gdansk and involved encouraging passers-by to discuss and open up to Polish artists and their works.

In 2024, Wydawnictwo Szkolne i Pedagogiczne included the artist's painting in a Polish language textbook for high school and technical school. Piechnik cooperates with auction houses in the country and with galleries in Poland and abroad, and participates in charity actions. Her paintings can be found in private collections at home and in Europe. Eliza Piechnik illustrates fairy tales and poems and her work is regularly featured in the cultural press.

The artist can boast a distinction at the Teofil Ociepka Biennial of Non-Professional Art organised by the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Cultural Centre.
