Jacek Lipowczan is a Polish graphic artist, painter, illustrator, and scenographer. In 1976, he graduated from the Faculty of Graphic Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. At the beginning of the 1980s, he emigrated to Sweden and then to Australia where he designed film scenes for the Hanna-Barbera Studio. Since 2004, he has exclusively devoted himself to painting. His works are characterized by fantastic, surrealistic imagery. Lipowczan has participated in many exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
